Well to everybody out there hello, and welcome back. Olympic-Cosplay has been on hiatus for a few months now after an unfortunate incident involving a saboteur deleting many of our pictures. We've identified the culprit and have taken the proper precautions to prevent this from happening.

With the ugliness behind us I suppose it would be fair to inform everyone on what has happened in the last few months.

The first ever Olympic-Cosplay artist contest has come to a close and the winner is none other than Sakura-Con own Bardok cosplayer, aka Mr. DJ "Nemo" Allen. His submission "Pretty Tab" [link] is our new mascot. His prize pack consisted of the YuYu Hakusho season 1 box set, A Keroro Gunso Figurine, a free costume commission, and a one of a kind Olympic Cosplay t-shirt.

Our Sakura-Con plans fell somewhat apart but it all went well. Our photo shoot was dropped from the convention schedule about 3 weeks before the convention, and only one of our groups made it up to the Cosplay contest. and Mama Mandarr. What do the judges say?


Good going girls. We owe you dinner.

and Did well in the amv contest but neither took home the gold this time. Better luck next year.

And finally the lamest piece of news. Not only managed to be the most photographed person in the group, but he ended up fracturing his ankle in the process. No offense boss, but that's really lame.

Kumori-Con is coming up this weekend and we hope to have as good a run this time as we did last year. Also, though last minute, We are holding a new contest just for this convention. Inspired by the many moments from last years Kumori Con. [link] [link] [link] We are announcing the "Kill Elizabeth" Contest. Can you kill the mighty white menace? On Day one he'll be walking around and its up to you to kill him in photographs. Make it flashy. The winner will receive there choice of a Slants CD or a Funimation DVD. What could it hurt. Its just an old man in a space penguin outfit.
